Jeff is a high-performance leader with over 20 years of experience mentoring elite athletes and building high-performance teams in the NFL and major college football. A former defensive back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons, and Barcelona Dragons (NFL Europe), Jeff transitioned into coaching, where he earned a national reputation for leadership, culture-building, developing players and recruiting top talent.
Jeff’s coaching career includes pivotal roles at programs such as Georgia Tech, Louisville, Western Michigan, Boise State and FIU, as well as a two-year stint with the Indianapolis Colts. He’s coached All-Americans, helped produce NFL Draft picks, and consistently led units ranked among the nation’s best on defense and special teams.
In 2024, Jeff brought his relentless work ethic, strategic mindset, and passion for serving others into the world of insurance — launching Sp33d Insurance Agency, a Michigan-based insurance agency rooted in the core values of Family, Integrity, and Loyalty. Specializing in cyber liability, commercial and personal coverage – delivering trust, sp33d, and elite-level service to every client.
